What this is
FSV AI is a business assistant for small businesses. It writes marketing, builds a one page website, cuts long videos into short vertical clips, analyses videos before you post them, reads receipts and invoices, checks whether your site can be found, generates short video clips, and posts clips to your own social accounts when you tell it to.
Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over, and using it for a business.
- One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.
- Everything done through your account is your responsibility.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

Generation credits and monthly credits are separate and cannot be exchanged for one another. Generating video costs us real money on every use, which is why it is bought rather than included.
Most of what FSV AI does runs on your own API keys, billed to you by those providers directly. We do not mark that up and we do not see those invoices. Video clipping, receipt reading and video generation run on our side, which is what credits pay for.
Refunds and cancelling
- There is a thirty minute money back window from when you first subscribe. Cancel inside it and you get a full refund, no questions.
- After that, cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.
- Unused generation credits are not refundable, but they do not expire.
- If we fail to complete a job, the credits for it are returned automatically. You do not have to ask.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. Videos, receipts, text, the clips we produce from them. We claim no ownership and take no licence beyond what is needed to do the job you asked for.
We do not use your content to train any model, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is required to do the thing you asked for. The Privacy Policy lists exactly who that is.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload anything you do not own or have permission to use.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or use it to help someone else break the law.
- Upload content that is illegal, or that you have no right to.
- Post to accounts that are not yours.
- Use it to generate material that impersonates a real person, or that is designed to deceive.
- Try to reach another customer's data, or attack the service.
- Resell access, or run it as a service for other people.
We can suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Posting to social media
You connect your own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account, and you can disconnect at any time.
Nothing is posted automatically. A clip goes up only after you press the post button for that specific clip.
Those platforms have their own rules, and their own review processes. Until a platform has reviewed our app, posts may go up private or visible only to you. That is their restriction, not ours, and the app says so on the screen before you post.
What you post is your content and your responsibility, and it must follow that platform's rules as well as these terms.
What AI output is and is not
FSV AI writes copy, suggests changes and analyses video. It uses language models, and language models get things wrong.
- Check anything before you publish it. Marketing copy, website text, captions, all of it.
- Receipt reading is a first pass, not bookkeeping. Check the figures before they go anywhere near a tax return. The app flags the ones it is unsure about; it cannot flag the ones it got confidently wrong.
- Video analysis is not a prediction. It reports specific measurable problems. Nobody can predict how a video will perform, and it does not claim to.
- None of it is legal, financial or tax advice.
Availability
We aim to keep it running and we do not promise it always will. It may be down for maintenance, and a dependency outside our control may fail. If a job fails, the credits come back.
We may change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you will be told before it happens and can cancel.
Ending it
You can cancel or delete your account at any time from the Keys and account screen. Deleting is immediate and permanent: it removes your keys, memories, clips, transcripts, receipts, social connections and billing history, and it cannot be undone.
We may close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is not a serious breach we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
FSV AI is a tool. Decisions you make using it, and content you publish with it, are yours.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and you will be told before the change takes effect. Continuing to use FSV AI after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
